Interior -Pause
This design is really a balance between pause & action in a way, Because pause can have many facets I'm inclined to sacrafice times of rest & rejuvination to more active 'pauses'. So it's good to have this focus here to check that I have actual real pause built into the design, the opportunities, intention & support to be able to do this effectively.
With regard to the design process, It's been quite intense as I try to wrap up this diploma befor spring (writing this on Feb 3rd - a beautifull clear sunny day!) That's been valuable for maintaining focus & it's been supported by lots of short pauses, going for a run, working outside for an hour, calling friends, meditating, as well as some longer one's, visiting friends, other events, & changing focus by working on organising a new local nightclub!
So to get specific, In what ways, & when, am I building in/could/should I build in these times of rest & rejuvination in to the design?
Systems & Elements that could/should/do support 'Pause'
in order of 'actual pause' to active pause'

These thoughts bring me back again to the action point to ensure any action plan allows space for these kind of things,
Afew new ideas came up here too,
& I'm feeling very excited about my vision, more & more thorugh this design I'm seeing that the key approach is about support & building soil, working from the base patterns & less & less about which specific outer actions I will do as these will be well supported as they arise if the soil is enriched. Of course I've heard it many times -
(should this part really be inreflection?)
